Actually, his manager thought of him as a natural cartoon character. Lou Albano was born on July 29, 1933, in Rome. During his college years he was a football player of the University of Tennessee. In 1950's he entered the business of pro-wrestling. Along with Tony Almonte, Lou created an evil tag team named The Sicilians. But his biggest mark in wrestling was standing at ringside trash talking. The 1980's saw Lou evolving into one of wrestling's most hated characters to one of the most beloved. Lou's colorful personality was a good fit with other flashy persona who filled the shows. He always put some stuff on his face in order to get attention from the crowd. Even though Lou is dead, wrestling followers will still recognize him and remember his contribution to the business. He will still be remembered as one of the Hall of Fame Of WWE.
